Online Purchases

Return or exchange is applicable when items are bought within 30 days from received date.

You may either ship your item back to us or bring it to any of our point-of-sales. Postage charges to and fro will be borne by the customer.

 

Refunds will be made through the selected mode of payment.

In-store Purchases

Original receipt must be presented for exchange or return within 30 days from date of purchase.

Please note that returns & exchanges are only eligible for defective items. Other reasons will be considered on a case-to-case basis.
